*I didn’t use all the tomatoes. Blended them separately from the rest of ingredients and then added them to everything else until I got the consistency I wanted. Probably closer to 3 tomatoes and 4 cherry tomatoes.
I think for my next batch I’m going to order habaneros or ghost peppers online instead of using store bought jalapeños. Heat is decent but I typically get the habanero ghost pepper salsa at Trader Joe’s and this isn’t nearly as hot with just the jalapeños and serrano peppers. Other than that I love the flavor.

1 Bell pepper (might try without)
4 jalapeños (w/ seeds)
2 Serrano peppers
~7 small cloves of garlic
~1/3 a bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1/8 cup Vinegar
