I used black heirloom tomatoes and a variety of cherry heirloom tomatoes all from my garden. My yields have been very low until now because of how hot it’s been.
Just tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, cilatro, and a little lime juice and salt. Classic Pico.

Would totally just grab the bowl and slurp it down. Tomatoes aren’t the only ingredient, most pico seems to be like three parts tomato to maybe one part of the good stuff.

This looks GREAT! As an alt you should try swapping the cherry tomatoes for blood orange. It’ll be just as juicy but becomes this slightly tart/floral punch that can really elevate chicken and fish dishes. Keep up the good work!

Holy shit, I have GERD but I would top some tacos with this beautiful as fuck pico. It’s crying out to be eaten with some tostadas or lengua!

I mean, normally pico is less wet, that’s why it usually uses romas.
That said, who the hell cares?! This looks fantastic!!!

I really need to stop torturing myself by browsing this sub with that one pesky soapy-cilantro defect.
