    Unfortunately I do not weigh or measure anything and I go off of ā€œproportionsā€ when eyeballing my ingredients. I aim to make it 2:1:1 ratio of tomatoes, onions, peppers. Cilantro, salt, and lime juice is all to taste. If I had to guess for this batch it was

    4lbs tomatoes, grilled and peeled/cored
    1lb tomatillos grilled whole
    2 lbs smoked hot peppers (jalapeƱo, arbol, shishito, habanero, serrano)
    4 medium-large white onions sliced thick
    2 bunches cilantro with ends of stalks trimmed off. Use the whole bunch of cilantro, stem and all.
    1 small container of lime juice (you know the one)
    1/4 cup salt

    Blend equal parts veg and cilantro together until everything is blended. Add lime and salt to taste.
