Roasted a handful of grape tomatoes, 5 Roma tomatoes, 2 vine ripe tomatoes, 1 jalapeno, 1 serrano pepper, 1 red sweet pepper, 1 white onion and 3 cloves of garlic. After they were done roasting I pulsed all the tomatoes and then I pulsed all the peppers and garlic. I then mixed the tomatoes and peppers together and then I add hand chopped white onion, cilantro, 1 lemon and 1 lime to the salsa.
This was my first time making salsa and I was so surprised to see how it was. This salsa is a little sweet with a slow heat.
