Pico 10 Roma tomato w/o seeds and juice 1 large red onion 4-5 cloves of garlic 2 jalapeño w/o seeds 2 sorano 1/2 habanero w/o seeds 1 Bunch of de stemmed and chopped cilantro Lime and salt to taste
Cut all tomatoes in 1/4’s and separate the seeds and as much juice as possible.
Dice tomatoes, onions, and peppers, add to large bowl. Mince garlic and add salt to garlic directly and add to bowl. Add cilantro and mix gently. Lime juice and salt to taste
Roasted green salsa 15 tomatillos 4 Roma tomato 2 small white onion 6 garlic cloves 2 jalapeño w/o seeds 2 sorano 1/2 habanero w/o seeds 1.5 Bunch of de stemmed and chopped cilantro Lime and salt to taste
Roast peppers, tomatoes and tomatillos whole, quarter onions and peal top layer roast garlic. Once char is covering all, chop off any roots or stems. Combine all into blender and add cilantro, blend thoroughly.

Interesting…I’ve never done both tomatoes and tomatillos in the same salsa. Does adding the tomatoes to the tomatillo change the flavor much?
I’ve always used just tomatilllos to mainly make a Salas for Chilli Verde.
