8 romas, 3/4 red onion, 1 serrano, 2 habaneros, teaspoon of minced garlic, dash of cumin, cilantro, and lime juice.
I grilled the romas, onions, and peppers and let them sit on the top rack away from the heat while I cooked some meat. Slowly Blended the tomatoes and peppers, chopped the onions, and then mixed everything in a bowl.
