    Home grown tomatoes, jalapeños, white onion, cilantro and carrots. I use La Constena pickled jalapeños juice for the base, 1 tablespoon cumin.

  2. Made one recently but no cilantro. Wife is allergic to it. Tomatoes,jalapeño and Serrano from garden and onions and garlic from the store.
    Even my 7yr old who doesn’t like spicy actually liked it.

    Made it the same time as a blackberry bacon onion and jalapeño jam. Looks like bird crap but taste good.

    Drain off a little of that juice and add it to a cold Mexican lager for the best michelada ever. I’ve also tried making margaritas with it but found that to be…. an acquired taste at best.
