    Recipe was by the seat of our pants, nothing really measured.
    20 small tomatoes (?)
    12 -18 peppers, bell, banana, jalapeño & Marconi
    Head of garlic
    2 large red onions
    These ingredients were smoked @ 225 for 90 minutes
    Ingredients blended, then add a bunch of cilantro & the juice of 4 limes.
    Canned 4 large jars.
