



Fresh picked from my garden. I have no idea what type of peppers these are but they a really hot out of the gate but mellow out quickly. Fresh Tomatoes (steakhouse?) and cherry. Mystery peppers. Red onion, garlic, fresh lemon juice, cilantro and a pinch of salt. Very tasty

Carrot peppers.
I have seen a similar pepper at the local farmers market called Bulgarian carrot peppers.
