I was inspired to try making a “roasted” salsa after seeing so many posts recently.
Oven roasted food processor salsa
7 roma tomatoes 1 white onion 4 jalapeños 1 Chile de arbol 1 dried serano 8 cloves of garlic 2 limes 1 bunch of cilantro
Salt, msg, barely a shake of cumin, and a whole lot of cayenne.
