Had a bunch of habaneros I grew this year and decided make some salsa.
/recipe
5 habaneros. I used 3 in an earlier batch wasn’t spicy enough for me.
2 yellow heirloom tomatoes
1 red and yellow striped heirloom tomatoes
4 roma tomatoes
1 large mango
2 peaches
1 medium red onion
Half a bunch of cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Splash of apple cider vinegar
About 2 teaspoons coarse salt
Dash of cumin.
Removed the jelly from the tomatoes.
Finely diced everything (the peaches and mango were a pain) and then mixed and chilled.
