I got this at a restaurant. So good and flavourful, seemed to be a bit watery. Which I assume was by design? Lots on here look the same but don’t seem as watery so wasn’t sure if there’s a reason for that.

Looks just like the yummy stuff at two places around here (southern California, both in the edges if Pomona), Juanita’s and Patty’s. They used to be a single family place, Juanita’s….but shit happened and now there’s Patty’s. Both are holes in the wall, no place to sit, save maybe 6 people. Two of the best best Mexican food I’ve had.

ERA: very peppery. Thin, too. Yum.
