I made these and I can't believe how awesome they were hot or cold. I was told that I could put KFC out of business…wasn't me…it was the recipie. I have tried MANY recipes in my time but this one is an absolute keeper. THANKYOU.

OK…I want to shout from the rooftop…I FOUND IT! I just made this again but used pork instead of chicken and it turned out SO good. I can stop searching now for a deepfry batter that both tastes good and stays on. Next I will try fish fillets. THANKYOU so much for this recipie and for your enthusiasm that made me try it.
