Holy Guaca-

Pics don’t have all the recipes or stages, cas somewhere between following the OG recipe on this sub, and it getting ready, my mind was blown and couldn’t stop munching this down.

Slightly (😅)overripe avocados, shallots, tomatoes, lime, and a gooood dose of cilantro (or coriander as we call it at home)… salt/paprika to taste.

Jalapeño prices were a bit to wild, so experimented with a chilli from Kerala called Kanthari – must say it gives such sharp twist that put the guac between luscious in the usual flavors, ur with a hot dose of spice that might pair well with a good night of drinks/something of the sort.

Been quite hard to find good/affordable ingredients till local supermarket started importing stuff from Mexico this week. (Live in Dubai, and not the bougie side hehe), so got to it!

To say that im never going back to store bought guacamole is an understatement. Super glad to have found this sub 😅
