

I’ve been struggling with salsa. Sounds silly, I know. Tried doing fancy smoked salsas, using fresh tomatoes, they just weren’t turning out good. A lot of work and wasted ingredients for subpar salsa. I googled restaurant style salsa and picked the first one that came up. Other than my pico de gallo, this is the best salsa I’ve ever made. Lol

28 ounce canned whole tomatoes
3 jalapeños roughly chopped
White onion roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic
Handful cilantro
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar
Juice of one lime
Pulse to desired consistency.
Edit: recipe called for one jalapeño and two cloves garlic I just added more. So simple and can be adjusted to your liking!
