Yes we’re cool with salsa-adjacent foods too, but you’re going to have to describe the taste and what you do and don’t like about it 😜
moesickle
Ingredients: Cauliflower that is very crisp and spicy but very flavorful, seranos, garlic cloves which are spicy but also garlic spicy, ??? Fermented Magick ?? -the lable says no heat, no vinger
All I know is it made my eyes water and I wanted more.

The overlap of the salsa community and fermented goods community is a circle.
Spicy pickled cauliflower is AMAZING. My local farmers market has a vendor that sells amazing stuff too!
F yea spicy pickles.
Great break from seemingly endless posts of roasted salsas.
Some of the best salsa flavors are fermented, there is potential for a salsa base here. Thank you for sharing the inspiration and find!
