Pretty straightforward fire-roasted salsa I made yesterday.

  1. Ingredients:

    1.5 (ish) lbs of tomatoes (mix of Roma and heirloom)

    4 Jalapenos (mostly deseeded)

    1 Red Onion

    2 cloves of garlic

    Splash of pickled onion juice

    Salt

    Pepper

    Cumin

    Small bunch of cilantro leaves.

    Roasted the vegetables in the fire pit ([like](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQtbUvOoUcPbFDF1eR_jz8SuKw-Ii9J1/view?usp=sharing) [so](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y2U_uEHHUvx2cZB8dgw04WzKXPmJRzHD/view?usp=sharing)), cut out overly burned bits, stems, and most of the seeds/cores of the Jalapenos. Blended and added salt, pepper, cumin, and pickled onion juice to taste.
