Last year I won with my mango and raw corn salad, this year I’m coming in with southwest style salsa verde. I’m doing non-tomato as it’s a little early for really good tomatoes where I am, and I’m banking on others going the tomato route.
Bonus: Nanaimo bars for the dessert contest too.

I add rosemary to my verde and it creates an amazing flavor and smell
