The Scotch Bonnet Experiment


First time I’ve ever seen scotch bonnets at the local grocery store and had to experiment! Simple tomato, onion, bonnets and cilantro. Not bad!

    I really like Scotch Bonnets, but I’ve used fresh ones to make jerk marinade. They really do make a difference in flavor. Id definitely try em in a salsa just for the hell of it.
