Salsa: habaneros, red jalapeños, tomatoes, garlic, and red onions blackened over charcoal. Oregano, lime, salt, pepper, MSG.
Pickled onions: red onions and habaneros in orange juice, lime juice, sugar, and salt.
Chicken: marinated in orange juice, red wine vinegar, chili powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, oregano, salt. Grilled over charcoal.
Tortillas: fresh, heated on a hot pan with a splash of mixed lard/water.

Looks fantastic
Did this taste sweet? I’ve had salsa that looks like this and had a sweet taste to it. Not sure they put in it to give it that particular taste.
