Slow Cooker Meatless Chili
This is an easy chili recipe that you can throw in the slow cooker and forget about all day. Great topped with Greek Yogurt.
Ingredients
⢠1 tablespoon Light Cooking Olive Oil
⢠1 pack Meatless Grounds
⢠32 oz (1 Qt) Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup
⢠2 (15 ounce) organic cans kidney beans, drained
⢠1 (15 ounce) organic can black beans, drained
⢠1/2 medium onion, chopped
⢠2 tablespoons Chili Powder (to taste)
⢠Everyday Seasoning (Trader Joeās) Liberal Amount
⢠1 pack McCormick Low Sodium Chili Seasoning
⢠1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
⢠1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
⢠½ Tablespoon onion powder
⢠1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
⢠1 pinch ground black pepper (optional)
⢠1 pinch ground allspice
⢠Himalayan Pink salt to taste
Directions
1. Coat the inside of the slow cooker with Olive Oi. Then add ALL the above ingredients.
2. Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High. Enjoy š
