Following Meat Church BBQ recipe
Smoked Salsa- Hickory Pellets at 200° for 2 hours, 11 tomatoes, 7 jalapeños, 1 large white onion quartered, 1 head of garlic (wrapped), juice of 3 limes, and a handful of cilantro

    That’s essentially how I do mine and it’s always a huge hit. I’ll often do a mix of tomatoes and tomatillos which I prefer. But it’s all yummy. Hooray salsa!
