Hello everyone!
I recently ate at Taqueria Orinico in the Roma district of Mexico City and they had this INSANELY GOOD salsa. I asked the staff what ingredients were in it and they said chile piquin, garlic and lime. It looks and tastes like there might be a bit more than that. Has anyone ever tried, or made it? It didn’t taste tomato based and clearly has oil in it (see photos). Any help would be amazing!!!

Ha! I was there 2 weeks ago and thought the food was 🔥 but the salsas were unexciting 🤣 but if you like the Pequin one I’m rooting for you
