My recipe is as follows:
6 tomatillo
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup lime juice
1 cup red and white onion
½ cup cilantro
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cumin
3 cloves minced garlic
1 Serrano pepper
1 Jalapeño pepper
Dice the onions and cilantro
Boil tomatillo and peppers until soft then remove from water and allow to cool
In blender combine tomatillos, peppers, seasoning, cilantro and onion and blend until desired consistency
