


I asked earlier for salsa recipe ideas and I couldn’t wait when y’all gave me inspo.
You can see the recipe from the pics but I used one Pippin’s golden honey (both sweet and heat) and one tiny little Fili that had just turned red (those things are hot af when they’re still purple/blue- learned the hard way). This salsa was lovely on my pulled BBQ nachos!

3 Roma tomatoes
Half a yellow onion
3 large cloves of garlic
Some pineapple chunks
1 Fili blue pepper
1 Pippin’s golden honey pepper
Salt and pepper
Cumin
Lime
ETA these are the *only* two ripe peppers I had on hand and just didn’t want to wait. I’ve got so many baby jalapeños and habaneros and tons more blues I can’t wait to harvest. But I will.
