SHOPPING LIST:
4 lbs ground turkey
2 lbs cabbage
2 large onions
5 garlic cloves
2 cups corn, frozen or canned (drained)
2 x 6 oz cans Tomato paste (low sodium)
2 x 15 oz cans Tomato sauce (low sodium)
28 oz can Diced tomatoes (low sodium)
4.5 cups Chicken broth (low sodium)
15 oz can Black beans (low sodium)
15 oz can Kidney beans (low sodium)
2 cups Brown rice
2 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp onion powder or flakes
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried oregano
Maple syrup or honey
Salt and pepper

Recipe #3 – Instant Pot Taco Meat
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 can (6 oz) tomato paste
Touch of maple syrup
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Cook from frozen with 1/2 cup water on High pressure for 12 mins and Quick Release. Thicken with slurry of 2 tbsp cold water + 1 tbsp cornstarch on Saute after.
I usually cook freezer meals in my 8 Quart Instant Pot DUO or 6 Quart Instant Pot LUX For 3 Quart, cut ingredients in half to fit in and keep same cook time.
