    This was some of my best work to date. Came out with a really nice round meaty umami savoriness that complemented the ribeye perfectly.

    Mesquite-grilled bone marrow / fresno chiles / spring onions, sautƩed garlic, salt / MSG / black pepper, and pinches of Mexican oregano / allspice / cumin / coriander. Roughly blended, heated in a pan with a bit of water, and added cilantro right before serving.
