didn’t realize how empty this taco would be. it’s basically half-full of very, very wet shredded beef, and that’s it.
the beef is slightly tough and chewy and it’d be a sin to call it birria. the red sauce tasted like liquid cumin. the best thing was the toasted cheese on the outside, a nice touch. very mediocre experience and certainly not worth $4.

I actually liked it. One thing to consider about the price is that you also get the side sauces, which at my local would add up to $1 if you got them separately, so you could think of the taco as $3? Not trying to talk anyone into anything though, and if you are looking for value there are certainly other ways to go at TB.
