Harvested and exposed in the sun.
grown in the Sardinian hills, in my house. Total of 9 Cayenne plants and 2 habaneros. I was in a hurry and couldn’t harvest all of them. I have one box like this worth of cayenne still waiting to be harvested

So you’re air drying them? Just expose them to the sun and they dry out for storage? How long does this take? I would like to do this. I have 7 cayenne pepper plants, one jalapeno, a bunch of banana peps and a few others. Your harvest looks great. Congrats!
