Topped with mix green lettuce (because I was feeling lazy to go to the store and buy some iceberg). My mom’s tomato and orange salsa (she uses this salsa for sopes, enchiladas, tacos dorados, flautas), and Cotija cheese. Forgot to mention but the sopes were homemade by yours truly.
