How long do you smoke them? I am overrun with habaneros and planned on throwing some on the pellet grill to grind up.

I found that cutting the pots in half is more effective for smoking. Let me know if you disagree or find more desirable results when using whole pods

What exactly do you do with them? Smoke them, dehydrate, grind into powder, then just sprinkle the powder on stuff? Or use it in a fermented hot sauce? Iâm new and just wondering, I bet smoked peppers are so goodâĻ
