Olive toasted almond cheese plate with chili oil appetizer
The perfect appetizer served with cocktails, mock tails for your game night or holiday get together!!

1. 8 oz your choice Keifer (Labneh), ricotta, cream cheese or Greek yogurt
2. 1.5 cups assorted olives
3. 1/4 cup toasted almonds or nuts
4. 2 tablespoons pistachios
5. 1 tablespoon capers – drained
6. 1/4 cup parsley chopped
7. 1/3 cup olive oil
8. 1/2 lemon zest and juice
9. Salt to taste
10. Chili flakes
11. 1/2 jalapeño diced
12. OPTIONAL- drizzle of chili oil

1. Toast your almonds or purchase toasted
2. To a pan add capers, olives , parsley , lemon zest , lemon juice almonds and olive oil,
3. Sprinkle of salt .
4. Spread the cheese on plate . Olives and drizzle of chili oil !
5. Serve this dip with pita chips or your favorite crackers! Cocktail , mock tails or cold beer !
