I don’t like discarding marinade. Do you think roasting jalapenos, some onions, and blending the whole thing up would work? What needs rebalance? I imagine saltiness is the biggest issue, but I used reduced sodium soy sauce so maybe we’re halfway there?
E: I can already tell by smelling it…the oregano is gonna be a major contender.

Given the amount of vinegar and soy sauce I don’t know if this is salvageable as a salsa.
