I got this piece of what I suspect is meat in a cheesy gordita crunch (ground beef) from a standalone taco bell. It’s smoother on the darker side and bumpy on the lighter side. I imagine it’s what a cooked slurry would solidify into on a flat grill. Almost like a fake roast beef. It certainly smells meaty. I washed most of the sauce off to get a better picture. It’s about the size of a quarter. Is this something that’s normally in a TB kitchen?
