Yep. Thatās a cheesy roll up alright. Shredded cheese inside of a tortilla. If you donāt eat it within five seconds of it being made, it starts to harden up.

Sorry guys, I just thought it was funny. I ordered the wrong thing, had never seen one of these before. The value menu was changed here recently and I panicked and ordered this! I love taco bell. This location has my favorite workers, they always seem like they’re having a blast at work. They’ve given me a couple free drinks here and there when they made extra. I’m a chalupa girl, myself. š

Open the item at the counter and inspect it. Dont match? Give it back and ask for a redo.

The best way to use these is to open up and wrap around a crunchy or dorito Loco taco when you get a cravings box. Although the best is a cheesy bean rice burrito since it’s also only a dollar and you can cut in half to wrap around 2 tacos

So nobody is giving you a real answer here. As a former employee that enjoyed a cheesy roll up (I dipped mine in nacho cheese!), they use a steamer to melt the cheese on them. If they didnāt put it in long enough then it comes out like this. Recommended time when I worked there a decade ago was 17 seconds lol. Hope this helps
