This is one of the items you just shouldnt eat cold. The entire texture is ruined once the tortillas go soggy

If my drive is more than 10 min from the store I eat it in the parking lot. The tortillas go from crunchy to spongy in 20 min from creation. Mexican pizza shelf life = 25 min.
I did it last week and it was still delightful.
Never mind it being cold…are you eating it with a spoon?
