Deviled Sausages in Chili Garlic Sauce – RuVi’s Countertop

A quick fix dish when you’re in the mood to spice things up for any occasion. Literally takes 10 minutes at most to serve it up.
You could get the Chili Garlic and Ginger sauce I used from the famous Jam Factory down Buthgamuwa Road. They’ve got some super chutneys and cordials, all made using natural fruits and no artificial flavors.

Ingredients
Butter or Margarine
Pre cooked sausages or any type you prefer
Chinese chili paste
Chili Garlic (and Ginger) Sauce

Method
Melt the butter in a hot pan

Transfer sausages and give it a stir

Close lid and let the sausages rest for 2 mins on low heat

Add two heaped table spoons of Chinese Chili Paste

Add four table spoons of Chili Garlic Sauce

Close lid and give it a good stir and shake for everything to combine

Serve hot and enjoy responsibly
