Ya im glad they finally added it. Was pretty annoying having to tell the employee at the speaker to remove the ice only to have them only actually do it 50% of the time.

I’ve done “no ice” on the app every time since it began and I’ve gotten more ice than ever before compared to telling them at the speaker. too bad the system is not working.

Yea, I always told them at the speaker for just a little bit of ice and that worked. Stopped getting soda at the TB by my work, Baja Blast always tasted like diet and Cherry Pepsi tasted way watered down. Dunno what they did to their soda machine but it sucks. I just get a bottle of soda at work.

Apparently it was an option if you chose delivery, just not if you pick it up yourself. My app was completely bugging one day and I discovered the option from the delivery menu. And it would persist if you switched back to pickup.
It was always possible. They didn’t want you to have this power.

Yeah but having to make an order, submit it, then go back in to edit the drink and hope it saves properly. Everything about the app is around you elbow to get to your… you know.
