That’s just how they make them now. There should be lettuce and stuff in the middle, but even then it’s still so flat and barely filled. It’s more like eating a dry tortilla with a tiny tiny bit of filling. It’s gotten more expensive too.

The crunchy middle is there it’s just soggy, at least in the ones I’ve been getting.

Crunchwraps, like Dorito tacos, are something I only order if I am eating it asap. Because they get soggy and gross fast. But your Crunchwrap also appears horribly made. It’s a crapshoot, man. At least at my Taco Bell.
When I used to work there in college, if the food cost was too high the manager had two choices: bust balls and make them weigh things to ensure items weren’t going out over stuffed. This was time consuming and required a lot of attention. Or they could just bitch at the food makers and they would put tiny amounts of everything to get costs down.
You can guess which one managers chose most of the time.

Unfortunately, it comes down to the person making it. Anymore, most items are made poorly. It’s shocking how poorly made some things are. It used to be okay when all the items were less than $3. Now tb is much pricier and the quality has tanked. Same story for most fast food imo

My local TB also gives me one like this every time I order (only about 3x after it started to piss me off) the last one I ordered I added extra beef. I got about a tbsp of beef and a pound of lettuce hahah

This is actually above average for current TB quality standards. You’re lucky if you get a drop of sour cream and a flake of cheese on a napkin, thrown in sideways when you order the 20 dollar cravings box now, so you hit the jackpot honestly.

Tacobell manager here, no the cruchwraps haven’t changed either they made it wrong or it should have been communicated to you that they were out of tostada’s and so they couldn’t put it in your crunchwrap, apart from the missing crunch it seems like they’ve also either severely under portioned the lettuce or left it out(but ig it’s possible you asked for none) its supposed to get a good amount of lettuce

Okay this is crazy because I JUST ordered a Crunchwrap and it was not crunchy at all and very soggy. It wasn’t even wrapped all the way and immediately fell apart in my hands
