Taco Bell forgot to give me item in my order a few weeks ago, and so they gave me a free item coupon code.

The item was a taco lovers breakfast taco.

    Thank you! I forgot I had a code from when I got the wrong item. Worth the disappointment for my month of nacho fries.

    My wrong item was a BOGO Mexican pizza and ONE of the pizzas was wrong (beef not veggie version).

    How did you actually get ahold of them? I submitted 2 different complaints through the app a while ago (1 was a totally wrong order given to me and the order I got was a bag full of soft tacos that were just tortilla, cheese, and lettuce. And the second time was because the app crashed during one of my taco pass days and the store wouldn’t honor it in person) they said “someone will contact you via email” but I haven’t gotten a reply yet and it’s been weeks
