* 1 lb Velveeta cheese * 1 lb Jimmy Dean pork sausage * 1/2 lb Gouda cheese * Can of Rotel tomatoes * Can of Cream of Chicken/Mushroom/Jalapeno/etc…
Cook the sausage ahead of time. Place everything into an aluminum pan, Dutch oven, casserole dish, etc… smoke 225-350. After 30min, check to see if you can mix. Continue cooking until nice and hot. Taste and enjoy.

Very nice! How well does the smoke come through in the final product? Any point in keeping the leftovers?

Smoked queso is always a winner. People who normally don’t like smoked stuff due to ONE bad experience will still eat eat, cause ya know, it’s queso.
I do a similar recipe to yours and i’ve always had rave reviews.

Anyone knows what substitute I could use in place of Velveeta? I’m in the Netherlands and we don’t have that here.
