Those look like árbol. Not Pequín. Still good but definitely wrong label.

I buy all my dried peppers on amazon. Look for “Amazing Chiles and Spices”
EXTREMELY high quality. Head and shoulders above the sad musty, dusty and brittle packages of dried peppers I can find in my local Fry’s Food (Kroger).
“1400s Spices” is very good and sometimes has some very hard to find peppers like Pasilla de Oaxaca.
