I have some of each, both brands are great. The adjustability id nice to have if it has a dial.

Should be large enough for those 8x8x8’s. I have the Marshydro and it covers a grown Carolina reaper, a growing scorpion, and a basil plant.

What size space? Are you using a tent? And are you hoping to get a lot of fruits indoors? I have no experience with either of these lights, but based on the info given in the listing, the spider farmer should be immediately ruled out since it’s not as effective as the two other options you listed. The ts1000 at 75% seems comparable to the t600. I can’t find at what height they were dimming the lights on that ppfd map, though. So keep that in mind.

I’d definitely spend more and get the dimmable. Without a doubt in my mind is that the best option amongst the three. Dimming gives you much easier control in your room. With the more powerful light, you will notice that you hardly need to push your lights to 100%, and as a result your diodes last longer. Spend more get more.

Edit: just saw your budget is tight. Honestly if you don’t need fruit indoors all year round and just want to keep some plants alive, you could go much cheaper. I would still spend the extra money and get a dimmable option as I said it will last much longer and be a much better value for your money.

You can also save money by lowering the light and dimming it. So I would go for the dimmable light.
I am also using it to grow various pepper plants in a 70×70 grow tent. Works amazingly well
