




Tonight’s dinner!! Tamales de Nejos con Puerco en salsa de chili California y queso seco. El mero Sabor de Guerrero!!
This is a traditional dish for Dia de Los Muertos in my wife’s village in Guerrero. Since we didn’t go down there this year, my mother in law made a special batch for us and sent it up to us with someone and my wife and sister in law made the food tonight. Tamales de nejos are a pre Hispanic dish that has been made in her village for thousands of years by her indigenous ancestors. Check comments for how they do this.
