Was not a fan of their regular salsas, but figured I would give Mateo’s another try as this was on sale and they have top-tier seasoning mixes.
Verdict: good lord, I don’t think I’ve ever had a red salsa where I couldn’t taste tomato. This is essentially garlic that is trying to be pickled. Just pure garlic and vinegar flavor. Ugggh.
