They look leggy to me, which means insufficient light.
Soil doesn’t look dry, and I see moisture at the bottom of the tray. They don’t look very yellow to me, but if they are, maybe the soil is too saturated.
If you’re going to plant seeds in the same cell like that, space them out to avoid too much tangling when potting up. Not an issue if you plan to cull some of them.
In the 2nd photo, look at the S-shaped seedling in the middle row to the left.

If you have a heat mat, turn it off. Consider adding light or bringing it closer.
Looking closer at some of the photos, the stems have beads of water on them. They don’t seem dramatically overwatered, but if some died off, that could have contributed. Inspect the dead seedlings for clues.

Insufficient light duration and strength. The starter pods may be a little too compact as well
Other guy covered the possible issues really well. To echo his response, those seedlings are stretching as far as possible to reach the light, this causes the stems/stalks to become lanky and ultimately too feeble to hold the weight of the leaves.
Lights should be running at least 12 hours a day. I run mine for 16. I use shop lights which aren’t very powerful and have them inches away from the seedlings.
While it’s sometimes possible to recover leggy seedlings, it might save frustration later and start fresh
