I love that you included sprinkles! I’m not huge on bread puddings in general but I would try this. I like capirotada with lots of dried fruit.

I miss my momās capirotada. I donāt go back home for Easter so I always miss it.

In my momās region, itās just bread, syrup, maybe some raisins (guacala), and thatās it. When I found out people add cheese I was disgusted. Now I accept it.
