
2 mangos
2 large tomatoes
2 serranos
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 red onion
1 ear of corn
2 Tsp vinegar
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
1 Tbs sugar
shuck corn, halve tomatoes, stem and halve serranos, halve/core onion, cut up mangos
Broil corn/tomato/serrano/onion until charred
Remove corn from cob. Roughly chop onion, put all ingredients but mango and corn in blender, blend to desired consistency. Add mango and corn, blend slightly. Chill & serve.

It looks so good! I’ll keep my eyes out for the strawberry one! I am always intrigued by the action of fruits
I can’t imagine a strawberry salsa every tasting good. It doesn’t have the qualities that other salsa ingredients bring to the table. Just sweet and berry.
