Carne asada


The salsa Verde came out super spicy so I tried to balance it out with sour cream, lol. You can imagine how that is, essentially a sour version of salsa Verde cremosa. I underestimated the Serrano’s. It was still too spicy for me to have more than one taco. The orange is a salsa I use for quesadillas w Valentina, mayo, crema, spices. Idk what to call it I just call it quesadilla sauce/ salsa. I did lime juice, mirin, soy sauce, olive oil, pineapple juice, 2 cloves of garlic, Valentina, and the usual spices for the marinade. Queso fresco and pico. So good
