Qeema Cheese Puffs:
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp oil
2 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup bell pepper cubes
300 grams beef mince
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp chili sauce
1/2 cup fresh coriander
As required puff pastry sheets
1 egg
As required black or white sesame seeds
Method:
Preheat the oven .after this in a pan heat oil and fry onion .then add mince and all spices mix and cook .finally add capsicum and sauce add and cook then add coriander then stove off .after this roll out the dough then place mince and roll it .then do the cut mark and sprinkling then sesame seeds and bake 25 minutes for 200 centigrade and serve .
Pizza Fries:
Ingredients:
500 grams Potatoes (finger cut)
as per taste salt
as needed cold water
for frying oil
Ingredients for Pizza Fries:
1 Onion sliced
1 cup capsicum
1/2 cup tomato seedless
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp garam masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic
to taste salt
300 gm chicken chunks
1/2 cup pizza Cheese
1/2 cup Mushrooms
Method:
In chicken all ingredients mix and fry .after this chips fry .then vegetable and cheese mix then grill and serve .
Shakanjabeen :
Ingredients
Merhaba syrup 1cup
Water 1 cup
lemon juice 2tbsp
sugar 5 tbsp
Ice cubes as required
lemon. For garnishing
method:
All ingredients mix and pour on glass then garnish with lemon and serve.
